Refund policy

Because all items are made to order, we are limited in terms of returns and refunds if the wrong size or color is ordered, or if the customer simply has a change of heart.  However, if you contact us at support@themocratia.com within 24 hours of the order, we'll do our best to cancel/refund/change the order.

If, however, the product is damaged or a manufacturing error has occurred we can offer a refund or reprint up to 30 days from the time the order was placed.  If this happens, clear photos of the product that show the issue must be sent to support@themocratia.com within this time frame.

If the error occurred with multiple products, it is necessary to take a single clear photo with all products in the photo to obtain a reprint or refund.

For printing defects involving placement issues, the tolerance for accepting a refund or return is 0.5" from the design.
